Research Output System (ROS) records and manages research outputs and activities of the HKUST community, which include faculty members, researchers, staff and students.
ROS is intended for collecting the following data:
You can access ROS via http://ros.ust.hk/ and report your research outputs throughout the year; the data synchronizes with the Scholarly Publications Database (SPD) managed by Library. ROS will be down for daily system maintenance from 3 a.m. to 4 a.m., Hong Kong Time.
As student publication/award information will be reviewed with the RPg annual progress reports, RPg students will have to confirm that their lists of publications and awards are up-to-date before submitting their progress reports. RPg students will also be requested to update their lists of publications and awards when they submit their final thesis copies to their department/program office.
